Josephine Vasquez · Architect · Brand Communications for Interior Design & Hospitality Studios
A space is never just a space. It's the first conversation a brand has with the people who experience it.
She trained as an architect in Lima, where she learned that a building only tells the truth about itself over time, how materials age, how light moves, how people actually inhabit a space long after the architect has left.
That question, what happens after the handover, followed her into brand communications. Rimosa Group manufactures premium lifts for people with disabilities, sold through distributors; her work there cut wait times by 40% and grew referrals by 60% while building ELESE, the brand created to take that product direct to the person who'd actually use it. Growing it into its own company, which she led, increasing client engagement by 20%. Neither company was specifically in design.
The work taught her that loyalty is rarely created at the point of purchase. It is created in the quiet continuity that follows.
In 2025, she completed an MSc in Luxury Management with a specialization in Hospitality & Events at the International University of Monaco, and contributed to brand communications at Sabrina Monte-Carlo, a studio designing superyachts and private residences, on work that reached 2.4 million organic views and a 334% increase in interactions, with zero paid spend.

What unites it all: luxury isn't defined by what's visible. It's defined by what's consistent, the entrance, the follow-up email, the handover, the check-in six months later. Each one either keeps a promise the design already made, or quietly breaks it.
She does not sell more content. She builds the quiet systems that allow exceptional design and leadership visibility to keep speaking long after the project is complete.
